Travel Information
You need to allow plenty of time to seek medical advice before you travel overseas, regardless of your destination.
Our Travel Clinics are run by appointment only and are held at our Cullingworth Surgery on Friday afternoons. The clinics are held specifically to offer you medical advice for travelling abroad. To make an appointment you will need to complete a form to hand in at reception. Forms are available from both surgery receptions or you can download one from the link below.

Some travel vaccines are ordered on a private prescription and these incur a charge over and above the normal prescription charge. This is because not all travel vaccinations are included in the services provided by the NHS.

Joint Injections
Dr Campean can give joint injections for pain relief in cases such as tennis/golfer’s elbow and policeman’s heel.
Special Services
We provide many extra services to patients so that we can perform procedures at the surgery which would normally be done in hospital, for example 24 hour blood pressure monitoring and ECG services (Electrocardiogram).
Some of our doctors are GP specialists. To support our minor surgery services we have a purpose built operating theatre in Wilsden.
In order to book into the clinics, you will need a consultation with one of the doctors or the nurse practitioner.

The District Nurses are based at Wilsden (tel 01274 256131/202473) from where they carry out nursing care in the community, and the team is:

Health Visitors
Our Health Visitors are here for everyone and can help with ways of staying well and also help you find the services you need. Every child under the age of five years has a Health Visitor. They will visit you at home and you can also be seen at the surgery.

Midwife
As soon as you know you are pregnant you will need to contact a midwife.
The midwifes are now contactable through a single point of access, their contact number is 01535 292411
Practice Nurses
Appointments with the practice nurses are all pre-bookable before the day of the appointment. You can either call in to the surgery to make an appointment or telephone on 01535 273227 between the hours of 8.00am and 6.00pm.
